Working days are worked on a rota between Monday to Sunday, travel away from home required.

As a Regional Trainer, you will play a key role within the TV and Audio Training Team. This role is central to driving performance in retail – using engaging, high‑impact training to build confidence, capability, and ultimately deliver strong sales outcomes. You will deliver dynamic and memorable training experiences to internal teams and external retail partners across a variety of environments, including in‑store, classroom sessions, events, and digital platforms. A core part of this role is building trusted relationships within retail environments – using your influence and credibility to support store teams in becoming confident, knowledgeable advocates for Samsung products, even when you are not present.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with field teams to identify training needs analysis to aid planning of forthcoming in‑store training interventions.
  • Prepare, present and evaluate training interventions/courses that will be run throughout the UK, running regional training initiatives where needed.
  • Deliver product knowledge training to key account staff with the aim of increasing knowledge and sales.
  • Support national account event shows and major training events, in addition to consumer facing shows, including support for VIP visits as needed.
  • Be prepared to be flexible and adapt to a change of brief in a short space of time.
  • Keep in touch with the in‑store selling environment by spending at least one day per quarter in store assisting in selling and leading by example.
  • Responsible for any other task identified by the line manager as falling reasonably within the scope and range of the position.
Qualifications
  • Experience designing and delivering engaging training or learning solutions (essential).
  • The ability to create structured learning content or training programmes that drive behaviour change (preferred).
  • Proven experience delivering engaging training or coaching others (essential).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of audiences.
  • The ability to build trust and credibility quickly, developing strong working relationships with retail teams.
  • Confidence in influencing others through coaching, storytelling, and practical selling techniques.
Other Considerations

Comfortable staying away from home, willingness to travel extensively across the UK. Hours to be worked between 8am and 10pm on a rotation schedule with a minimum of 2 weekends every month on a rotation basis with days off in lieu during the following week.
