CPM is looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator/Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a content all-rounder who enjoys blending copywriting, design, and campaign execution. You’ll take ideas from brief to delivery, creating and managing content that not only looks great but performs across multiple channels.

This permanent, full-time role offers up to £40 K DOE, hybrid working (3 days in the office) and more. Head Office is currently based in Thame. You must be able to travel to our new office in Stokenchurch from mid-year and attend regular client meetings in other UK locations as required.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working closely with our Creative Services Manager and Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in shaping campaigns, driving engagement, and bringing our brand to life.
  • Create and deliver content across web, social, email, blogs and campaigns.
  • Write engaging copy for a wide range of formats including ads and nurture campaigns.
  • Build and manage content in HubSpot (emails, landing pages, blogs).
  • Plan and optimise paid and organic social campaigns.
  • Monitor performance and use data to improve results.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent output.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and wider teams on campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a content, copywriting or marketing role.
  • Strong writing skills with a portfolio of work.
  • A good eye for design and experience creating visual content.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Confident using data to measure and improve performance.
  • Experience with social media campaign management.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive, collaborative and results-driven mindset.
  • Desired but not essential: SEO or digital marketing knowledge, basic video editing or animation skills, experience with tools like Canva or Illustrator.
