We're looking for a commercially minded Client Account Manager to build trusted client relationships, drive campaign success and help shape the future of digital field marketing.

The Role

As a Client Account Manager, you will be the trusted day‑to‑day contact for a portfolio of FMCG clients, helping them maximise the value of the *shopt platform.

Working closely with Product, Operations and Analytics teams, you will build strong client relationships, deliver outstanding service, and drive growth of the UK’s leading digital activation platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop strong relationships with FMCG clients, becoming their trusted partner.
  • Manage campaigns from planning through to delivery, ensuring objectives, budgets and deadlines are achieved.
  • Analyse campaign performance and present clear, commercially focused recommendations.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate opportunities and support business growth across existing accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high‑quality client solutions.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts and revenue, ensuring commercial targets are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, client experience and platform performance.

About You

You are a confident relationship builder who enjoys working with clients, solving problems and using data to drive better business decisions.

You are commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Essential Experience

  • Experience in account management, client services or business development.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Confidence analysing data and using insights to shape recommendations (Power BI experience is advantageous).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • The ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience within FMCG, retail, agency or digital marketing environments is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Convenience channel or digital activation platforms would be an advantage.
