We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Executive to represent a growing seltzer brand and support their On Trade growth plans. This role is perfect for someone with hospitality or on-trade field sales experience who is passionate about driving a dynamic brand in the right venues. Full training will be provided.
This role is about creative selling - working closely with pubs, bars, and hospitality venues to place the brand and generate buzz using a unique toolkit of marketing materials. £30,000 basic salary, up to 13% bonus, and a £300 monthly car allowance. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
What will you be doing?
- As our Sales Executive you will focus on maximising sales in different On-Trade venues including Bars, Experience Hubs, Late night venues and music venues.
- You’ll drive sales and brand engagement by gaining new venue listings, executing market plans, organizing creative events, placing POS materials, and boosting brand visibility.
Experience in face-to-face sales is essential, ideally gained within hospitality or on-trade field sales.
As our Sales Executive, you will:
- Deliver return on sales and increase brand awareness by executing marketing plans within the On Trade channel.
- Develop strong relationships with venue managers and buyers to influence product placement and joint business plans.
- Provide training to key venue staff to increase brand knowledge and support growth.
- Organise and take part in tastings, events, and promotions to raise brand visibility and engage hospitality customers.
You could be our Sales Executive if you:
- Have worked in bars, pubs, or hospitality venues, or have on-trade field sales experience.
- Own a car (car allowance paid).
- Love engaging with people and have the drive to hit targets and earn based on your performance.
- Ideally, have experience with brand activation or sales within the hospitality/on-trade sector.
