About AMCO | CPM Partners
At AMCO | CPM Partners, we help CFOs and their teams get the best out of technology. Our mission is to optimise and enhance financial processes so finance leaders can make faster and better-informed decisions across consolidation, planning, reporting, and more.
Following the merger of CPM Partners and AMCO Solutions, we are now approximately 450 employees globally across Europe, Africa, and Asia. We partner with CFOs and finance transformation teams on OneStream, CCH Tagetik, Pigment, Oracle EPM, SAP, kShuttle, and other leading CPM platforms.
We combine deep CPM expertise with strong delivery capability, helping finance organisations turn complexity into clarity through better governance, stronger steering, and solutions that work in real life.
Your role
AI is reshaping finance transformation work, and we are building the learning capability to move with it. We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to own our reskilling and to build our Academy, shaping our L&D approach from the ground up and turning it into real capability for our teams across Europe, Africa and Asia.
What you will do
- Serve as the People & Culture team's specialist on L&D, partnering with the CPO and senior stakeholders and working alongside colleagues who specialise in other HR fields.
- Build and own our L&D and reskilling strategy. Within your first three months, give us a clear view of where we stand today and a roadmap for where we are heading.
- Own the project management for our L&D: turn the strategy into a live, practical upskilling plan across our delivery teams and drive it from planning through rollout.
- Design, build and run our Academy: learning journeys by career level, with AI skills built in from the start.
- Lead the AI reskilling programme together with our AI Transformation Lead, coordinating the design and delivery of AI learning content and helping colleagues move into AI-enabled delivery, solution design and governance.
- Connect learning to performance, so development links to competencies and goals and growth is visible and fair.
- Manage external training partners and keep our learning model lean, practical and high quality.
Who you are
- You bring L&D or capability-building experience from a leading consultancy or professional services firm, ideally one where you have been exposed to the training needs of a consulting business, such as AI skilling and upskilling by grade.
- You have 3 or more years of hands-on experience managing L&D, training or reskilling projects end to end.
- You have built or run an academy, curriculum or structured learning journey yourself, not just defined the strategy for one, and now want the chance to build one leaner and faster.
- You are willing to learn and grow into the role. You bring the core learning and development know-how, and we build the CPM and AI specifics together.
- You have some exposure to skills mapping or performance management, and you work well across functions.
- You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external training partners, and you communicate with clarity.
- An additional plus: Knowledge of EPM or working in a finance transformation company, a learning qualification such as CIPD, LMS implementation experience, or a second European language.
Why join AMCO | CPM Partners
- High standards, real integrity: We work in a CFO-facing environment where quality, accountability, and integrity are non-negotiable. We aim to do the right thing for clients and for each other.
- Flexible work that respects life outside work: We support flexibility where the role and client commitments allow it, including hybrid working and practical solutions that help balance performance with personal life.
- Come as you are: We are committed to an inclusive workplace where people feel respected and can be themselves. Different backgrounds, perspectives, and ways of thinking make us stronger.
- Grow with real support: You will have access to learning opportunities, feedback, mentoring, and development support that is practical and role-relevant.
- A strong platform for your next step: You will work with experienced colleagues and senior stakeholders, gain exposure to impactful projects, and have space to take ownership and shape your career.
