Are you passionate about beer and want to be a key player in ensuring consumers get the perfect pint of Diageo’s market leading draught beer brands such as Guinness, Harp, Rockshore, Carlsberg or Smithwick’s? The primary focus of this 6-month temporary CPM role is to maintain beer dispense equipment across Northern Ireland for our client Diageo. Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business. People are at the core of CPM's business proposition, so as a key member of the QSP team, this role is expected to make a significant contribution to delivering value for our Client, demonstrating initiative to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A “can-do” attitude combined with a customer‑centric focus is essential for success in this role.
This role is a contract role until September 2026.
Primary Responsibilities:- Completing dispense line hygiene procedure to a scheduled journey plan.
- Responding to and resolving customer Emergency Calls.
- Accurate management of equipment stocks in district.
- Accurate recording of Diageo Ireland assets in trade.
- Stock and equipment reporting in trade.
- Product Quality Tracking and reporting.
- Carrying out Age of Beer reporting and return beer tagging.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Assisting with outlet refurbishments and system upgrades when required.
- Carrying out tap resites when required.
- The installation and withdrawal of dispense equipment to include permanent and temporary equipment when required.
- Delivery and placement of POS material and basic merchandising when required.
- All of the above to be completed to company standard and within all specified SLA’s.
- Operating in an effective, efficient and professional manner when completing all tasks and representing CPM and client.
- Working within industry health and safety standards.
- Generating new ideas and ways of working.
- Consistently striving to reach the highest standards of performance for customers.
- Ensuring at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks.
- Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.
- Experience working as a Dispense Rep/Field Quality Rep - completing Surge line cleaning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent client and customer relationships.
- Can demonstrate a clear ability to handle clients and customers in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of beer dispense systems and equipment desirable.
- Knowledge of beer dispense fault finding desirable.
- Target driven with a proven record of achieving KPI’s.
- Organised and can manage a host of priorities.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
- Previous electrical or plumbing experience desirable.
- Experience diagnosing faults.
- Education to GCSE level.
- Qualification in a trade is desirable.
