CPM is looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our new team representing Haleon within the grocery retail sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales and enhance the in-store presence of market-leading healthcare brands, including Sensodyne, Advil, and Centrum.
£28,000 + 10% bonus PA, car, tablet and mobile. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week. A driver's licence that enables you to drive in the UK is essential.
We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Executive to join our team, representing Haleon across grocery and key retail channels. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving product availability, visibility, and compliance in-store. You'll bring brands to life through impactful merchandising, promotional activations, and strong retailer relationships, ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standard.

- Execute in-store activities including merchandising, POS implementation, promotional displays, and FSDU builds to maximise brand visibility and sales.
- Complete scheduled store visits in line with client briefs, KPIs, and compliance standards, capturing accurate data and insights.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to secure incremental opportunities and enhance brand presence.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous field merchandising, retail, or sales experience and/or experience working within grocery or FMCG environments would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience working in a data led environment, using reporting and analytics to optimise results.
