CPM is looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our new team representing Haleon within the grocery retail sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales and enhance the in-store presence of market-leading healthcare brands, including Sensodyne, Advil, and Centrum. £28,000 + 15% bonus PA, car, tablet and mobile. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week.

Ideal location: Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, WV9 Territory covering: Birmingham, Coventry, Crewe, Derby, Dudley, Leicester, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Shrewsbury, Telford, Walsall, Cannock, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.
A driver's licence that enables you to drive in the UK is essential.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Executive to join our team, representing Haleon across grocery and key retail channels. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving product availability, visibility, and compliance in-store. You'll bring brands to life through impactful merchandising, promotional activations, and strong retailer relationships, ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standard. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy working independently this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Execute in-store activities including merchandising, POS implementation, promotional displays, and FSDU builds to maximise brand visibility and sales.
- Complete scheduled store visits in line with client briefs, KPIs, and compliance standards, capturing accurate data and insights.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to secure incremental opportunities and enhance brand presence.
- Manage your own territory effectively, demonstrating strong organisation, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Adapt to changing campaign requirements and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company and client with integrity, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
What We're Looking For
- Confident using smartphone apps, including photo upload and reporting tools.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Adaptable, reliable, and results driven.
- Previous field merchandising, retail, or sales experience and/or experience working within grocery or FMCG environments would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience working in a data led environment, using reporting and analytics to optimise results.
