CPL Life Sciences are currently seeking a Clinical Research Manager to bridge data, clinic and product development in a fast-growing medical technology company. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Science, you’ll lead the design and delivery of clinical studies, analyse and interpret diagnostic performance data, and translate results into clear, decision-ready clinical evidence. You’ll drive peer-reviewed publications and major conference outputs, manage NHS and academic collaborators, and act as the clinical voice within cross-functional product teams to support regulatory, payer and clinician adoption.
Key experience and expertise required:
- Advanced training or equivalent professional experience in clinical research, life sciences or oncology (ideally breast cancer).
- Demonstrable experience analysing and interpreting diagnostic or biomarker data (e.g. sensitivity/specificity, ROC curves).
- Track record of leading peer-reviewed publications and conference abstracts/posters.
- Hands-on experience designing, setting up and delivering GCP-compliant clinical studies in the UK/NHS.
- Strong stakeholder management with clinicians, research teams and academic partners.
- Experience contributing to UK grant applications (e.g. NIHR, Innovate UK) and evidence strategy.
Based in London with hybrid working and occasional travel, this role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact clinical evidence from study design through to real-world clinical use.
