We are passionate about providing our clients with the best talent experience possible. We work with our clients to provide innovative solutions to meet their talent challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Working across a number of key accounts prioritising client needs to deliver on requirements in line with client SLAs.
- Manage relationships with our customers' hiring managers by having meetings to qualify their requirements for every job requisition.
- Ensure that all job requisition details are correct and agree on a recruitment plan for the role including timelines and forecasted start dates.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on progress.
- Listen to and understand client requirements so to best action requests.
- Accurately update all recruitment trackers.
- Deliver on different metrics such as SLAs.
