Due to continued success and growth they are actively seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their Belfast team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor looking to advance their career in a supportive environment while making a significant impact in the field of employment law. About the role The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of employment law and represent employees in Employment Tribunal matters. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving disputes, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Responsibilities include: Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment matters to trade union members. Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in employment law and best practices. Manage a Tribunal caseload effectively, ensuring timely progress on all matters. The Candidate Required A qualified Solicitor with 3 years + PQE in Employment Law.
