Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and successful completion.
Manufacturing Data Conversion: Interpret customer specifications and drawings to create the necessary manufacturing data.
Bill of Materials (BOM) Creation: Generate detailed bills of materials and product structures to support manufacturing processes.
Process Documentation: Develop clear build instructions and process documentation for production teams to follow.
Process Optimization: Evaluate and assign process times, selecting the most efficient methods to enhance productivity.
Customization & Technical Support: Offer technical assistance for customizations to existing products and for build-to-print designs.
Hands-on Support: Provide direct support in prototype and pre-production builds, as needed.
Record Maintenance: Ensure all project and production data are accurately recorded and updated.
Contract Review: Contribute to contract reviews, addressing all engineering and commercial aspects related to New Product Introduction (NPI).
Engineering Change Management: Manage and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) in active production lines.
ISO Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes meet ISO 9001 standards.
What we are looking for; A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an engineering manufacturing environment.
Experience with mechanical and electrical assemblies and a solid understanding of associated manufacturing processes.
Proven project management experience.
