We’re looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Basis Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA system provisioning, landscape setup and HANA database administration.
Key experience required:
- Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA Basis experience
- Experience building and provisioning S/4HANA environments from initial setup
- Experience deploying SAP S/4HANA on a hyperscaler – AWS preferred
- SAP S/4HANA installation and configuration
- Kernel installation, upgrades and patching
- Clients
- Transports
- RFCs
- Logical systems
- S/4HANA release upgrades, FPS and SP stack management
- Supporting performance, High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) testing
HANA Database Administration:
- Initial HANA database sizing and setup
- Backup and recovery configuration
- Point-in-time backup and recovery
- Performance monitoring and housekeeping
SAP Landscape Management:
- S/4HANA sizing and landscape design
- DEV / QAS / Pre-PRD / PRD environment separation
- SAP client setup and refresh strategy
