We are currently partnering with a global payments organisation looking to hire an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to support the continued expansion of the Benelux market. This is a highly strategic new business role focused on acquiring and growing large enterprise retail merchants across Belgium through complex solution selling and executive-level stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close while helping to further develop the company’s enterprise retail presence within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise new business acquisition across Belgium
- Manage complex and long-cycle enterprise sales opportunities
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level decision makers
- Develop and manage your own high-value sales pipeline
- Identify strategic growth opportunities across enterprise retail accounts
- Work closely with internal relationship managers and partnership teams
- Represent the organisation within the local payments and retail ecosystem
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience within Enterprise Sales, Payments, FinTech or complex Financial Services solutions
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Hunter mentality with focus on self-generated new business acquisition
- Experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles
- Ability to engage and influence C-Suite stakeholders and multiple decision makers
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience applying strategic sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPIN or Challenger is advantageous
- Knowledge of the Belgian payments landscape or enterprise retail market highly beneficial
- Additional European languages are a plus
