Key Responsibilities Safely perform assembly and production tasks in line with daily targets and quality standards Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Conduct quality checks and report defects or non-conformances to supervisors Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations at all times Maintain a clean and organised workstation and production area Work collaboratively as part of a production team to meet deadlines Complete relevant documentation and production records accurately Assist with stock and materials handling as required Criteria Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential as training and ongoing development will be provided.
