About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Scientist to lead and manage product and process development projects in the diagnostics space. This role will provide scientific direction across all aspects of product development, ensuring projects are delivered to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead assay development, product validation, and process improvement in a GMP environment
- Manage complex, custom projects from feasibility through to commercial approval
- Troubleshoot technical challenges to ensure product robustness and reagent quality
- Mentor, supervise, and develop junior staff to ensure strong departmental capability
- Chair technical reviews, deliver scientific workshops, and support cross-department collaboration
Candidate Profile:
- Relevant degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, biochemistry, or related field
