CPL Recruitment is delighted to be exclusively partnering with our client, recruiting for Pharmacy Managers on a permanent full-time basis. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have opportunities available in the below locations:

  • Newtownabbey
  • Carrickfergus
  • Strabane
  • Dungannon

The client:

  • Over 35 years serving the community across Northern Ireland with over 40 retail pharmacies across the country.
  • Employs over 500 staff across NI.
  • Offers repeat prescriptions, health advice, pharmacy services and at the forefront of innovative cutting-edge technology with their automated dispensing technology.

The role:

With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Pharmacy Manager will:

  • Lead from the front delivering an efficient and effective service while ensuring all staff are compliant with professional and statutory requirements.
  • With commercial awareness, maximise profitability with OTC sales.
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services such as COVID/Flu vaccinations (full training will be provided for this).

The person:

  • Qualified Pharmacist with PSNI (Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland) registration.
  • Proven experience of leading and managing teams and commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrable up-to-date knowledge of changes within Pharmacy.
  • Completion of any compulsory NICPLD/HSCB courses (e.g. PMR).
  • Flexible to work a rota that includes Saturdays.
