We are currently partnering with our client based in Derry/Londonderry to recruit an experienced Payroll Executive. Working closely with Finance, HR, Production and Line Management, you will ensure payroll is delivered accurately, on time and in full compliance with HMRC regulations. The successful candidate will manage employee payroll records, statutory payments, pensions, time and attendance systems, reconciliations and reporting, while identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls and efficiencies across the business. Essential Criteria Minimum 5 years' experience in high-volume UK payroll processing. Proven experience managing both weekly and monthly payrolls. Experience processing payroll for large hourly paid and salaried workforces, including overtime, shift patterns and variable pay. Strong knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments and payroll deductions. Experience using payroll and time & attendance systems, ideally Sage Payroll/Sage Micropay.
