A leading manufacturing and distribution employer is seeking an experienced Operations Recruitment Officer to join its HR team. Criteria:
- At least 2 years experience in a recruitment or HR-related role
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment
- Experience using ATS and HR systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage positively with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience gathering and reporting recruitment or HR data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Duties:
- Manage high-volume recruitment for production and warehousing roles, from attraction to onboarding.
- Support delivery of short- and long-term recruitment plans with HR and operational teams.
- Create and manage recruitment campaigns across job boards, social media, and sourcing channels, monitoring performance and spend.
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, conduct registration checks, and manage candidate communication.
- Oversee offers, contracts, onboarding documentation, and induction activity.
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate start dates in line with operational needs.
- Maintain applicant tracking/HR systems and produce recruitment reports, market insights, and trend analysis.
- Support HR projects focused on improving attraction and retention.
