We are partnering with a well-established business in the Dungannon area to recruit an experienced Financial Controller. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to drive financial governance, influence strategic decision-making, and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
As Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the finance function, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and reporting that supports commercial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish, implement, and continuously improve strong internal control frameworks to protect company assets and ensure accurate, reliable financial reporting
- Oversee group-wide regulatory compliance by embedding policies, procedures, and effective internal audit practices
- Lead financial governance activities in accordance with applicable GAAP standards and audit findings
- Produce in-depth profitability and margin analysis across product ranges and assembly operations
- Review and optimise the working capital cycle, identifying efficiencies and driving improvement initiatives
- Work closely with commercial and operational teams, delivering actionable financial insights to support informed strategic decision-making
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in progressive finance roles
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence across departments
