An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company, supporting advanced production processes within a modern, state-of-the-art facility. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing of complex components, while driving process improvements, automation, and operational excellence across engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing methods and provide cell support
  • Design and specify tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering operations
  • Assess and scope new work across post-machining and finishing processes
  • Define and maintain process flows for new and existing products
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and change management activities
  • Create and maintain BOMs, technical instructions, and process documentation
  • Identify and introduce technical innovations and improvements
  • Provide technical support to Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
  • Support customer requirements and respond to technical queries

Requirements

  • HNC/HND (Level 3+) in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer in an engineering or production environment
  • Experience in at least one of the following: anodising, bonding, surface treatments, painting, assembly, or automated spraying
  • Experience within aerospace or a similarly regulated industry

Additional Information

  • Roles may be subject to security and export control restrictions
  • Employment will be conditional upon successful BPSS screening
