Our client, a leading organisation operating within a highly regulated and critical infrastructure environment, is seeking a Controller Registration to join its Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting market registration activities, stakeholder engagement and operational delivery within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure registration processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory and operational requirements.
Duties:
- Support pre-registration and registration processes for market participants
- Manage and respond to stakeholder queries, providing timely and effective solutions
- Coordinate daily operational activities and deliverables across multiple teams
- Provide technical and process support within the registration function
- Identify issues, recommend improvements and escalate matters where appropriate
- Contribute to projects, process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyse operational challenges and support the implementation of effective solutions
- Ensure all outputs are delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Essential Criteria:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working within a regulated, operational or administrative environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
