This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of production equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times Carry out effective maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment Develop, maintain, and implement planned preventative maintenance schedules Ensure all equipment remains safe, operational, and compliant with relevant legislation Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in line with quality, safety, and environmental standards Work collaboratively with production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness Provide technical support, knowledge sharing, and engineering expertise across the business Identify and implement technical solutions to enhance manufacturing processes Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the production of high-quality products Promote high standards of housekeeping and safe working practices Comply with environmental and energy policies and procedures Requirements NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering Time-served Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineer Previous experience within an industrial maintenance environment Proven fault-finding and repair experience within a manufacturing setting Experience carrying out preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment Experience in a CNC environment would be desirable For more information on this role contact Zoey at CPL TPBN1_NI
