We are partnered with a well-established and growing construction company, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth. Reporting directly to senior management, the Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, tax compliance, and strong financial controls across the business.
The successful candidate will manage accounting functions, prepare management and annual accounts, support budgeting and forecasting processes, oversee payroll, invoicing and cash flow management, and lead the finance team. The role will also focus on identifying cost-saving opportunities, reducing financial risk, and driving continuous improvements in financial systems and processes.
