A global online brokerage firm is seeking an enthusiastic and driven professional to join its Institutional Client Services team in London. The firm provides trading access for experienced market participants across 150+ markets and exchanges worldwide and is part of a well-capitalised, publicly listed global financial services group.
This role is ideal for a strong communicator and problem-solver who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, financial markets, and client relationships. You will support existing and prospective institutional clients—including banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and brokers—via phone, ticketing systems, and live chat. Candidates with additional language skills are encouraged to apply.
The team focuses on delivering a seamless client onboarding and support experience while building long-term institutional relationships. You’ll play a key role in resolving technical and trade-related queries, supporting platform enhancements, and contributing to ongoing global growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for institutional client queries
- Provide support across multiple trading platforms (desktop, mobile, browser)
- Resolve trade-related issues including order entry and execution
- Escalate and communicate high-priority issues to relevant internal stakeholders
- Manage relationships with key institutional clients
- Contribute to platform and process improvement projects
- Support additional initiatives such as client training, market research, and development work
- Strong understanding of Equities, Options, Futures, and FX markets
- Analytical mindset with a passion for financial markets and technology
- Experience in international settlements or clearing operations is an advantage
- University degree or higher
- 1–2 years’ experience in a client-facing role within a global financial institution preferred (Candidates with less experience but strong core competencies will also be considered)
