CPL Life Sciences are collaborating with a global pharmaceutical partner to support the hiring of a Recruitment and Retention Manager to lead the execution of patient recruitment and retention strategies across a range of clinical trials, ensuring timely enrollment and strong participant engagement.

12 month initial contract. Hybrid working from Uxbridge (Remote option would be considered). Start date as soon as possible.

The role works cross-functionally with clinical operations, regulatory teams, vendors, and study start-up groups to deliver compliant, data-driven solutions that support study milestones. This position also monitors vendor performance, analyses recruitment metrics, and drives continuous improvement through process optimization and strategic adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement study-specific recruitment and retention strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on study timelines and enrollment goals
  • Develop and execute patient engagement plans prior to first patient visit
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with SOPs and contractual expectations
