This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of production processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities- Carry out fault finding, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities across production equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime and maintain output
- Support yield and quality improvements within the manufacturing process
- Maintain high housekeeping standards across assigned production lines
- Ensure all work is conducted in line with Environmental, Health & Safety standards
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within operations
- Level 6 or Level 7 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Moulding, or related discipline
