Policy Requirements Manager to join their Risk & Compliance team.
Responsibilities
- Support service delivery through quality and risk management.
- Increase awareness of compliance policies and processes across the organisation.
- Ensure the team adheres to established compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective performance.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to key decisions involving multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance compliance awareness across the organisation.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are informed about compliance policies.
- Analyse risk management processes and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on compliance objectives.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Ability to operate as a subject matter expert.
