The Role

As Head of Professional Services / Finance Recruitment, you will take full ownership of leading, developing, and expanding our specialist recruitment teams in these areas. This is a senior, strategic role with scope to shape growth, strengthen client partnerships, and drive performance across key verticals such as accounting & finance, legal, HR, compliance, and professional support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of experienced recruiters across professional services and finance desks
  • Drive new business development and deepen relationships with existing clients
