The role:

  • Assist FP&A management in the timely submission and preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare detailed cashflow forecasts to support effective cash management.
  • Manage financials for projects, ensuring accurate allocation of costs to Work in Progress (WIP).
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring all figures are accurate and timely.
  • Support the consolidation of group financials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting entities.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an FP&A, Cost Accounting, Commercial Finance or similar role; ideally in the Construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.

Desirable:

  • Planning to or currently working towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
