Financial Accountant- Dungannon – £40k-£42k Cpl NI are pleased to work with a leading manufacturing company to recruit for an experienced Accountant. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting process improvements within a dynamic finance team. Duties: *Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts for the group. *Manage and report on company travel and expenses. *Ensure compliance with relevant HMRC regulations. *Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts. *Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes. *Support the Finance Manager in delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports. *Prepare reports for external stakeholders. *Assist with year-end audit processes and statutory account preparation. *Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards. Criteria: *ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or qualified by experience with at least 2 years in a relevant role). *Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the organisation. *Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills. *Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines. *Experience in manufacturing and ERP systems (desirable).
