CRA II / Senior Clinical Research Associate – French Speaking Location: UK-based / Remote Travel: UK-wide, plus France & French-speaking Belgium. Site visits: 7-8 visits per month Contract: Permanent, Full-time Focus: Phase II/III Clinical Trials | Oncology / Rare Disease Salary: £55,000-£65,000 (Flexible on experience) CPL Life Science are currently supporting a specialist CRO in the search for an experienced CRA II / Senior CRA to join their Clinical Monitoring team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRA with strong Phase II/III monitoring experience who is fluent in English and French and enjoys working across complex clinical trials and international sites. Key Experience Extensive on-site clinical monitoring experience across Phase II and Phase III clinical trials Proven experience conducting Pre-Study, Site Initiation, Interim Monitoring and Close-Out Visits Strong understanding of site qualification, selection and ongoing site oversight Experience assessing investigator sites, including staff, facilities, equipment, resources and study capability Confident in providing site staff training and supporting sites throughout the study lifecycle Experience identifying, documenting and resolving site issues, protocol deviations and compliance concerns Ideally, previous experience working on complex clinical trials, particularly oncology and/or rare disease Strong understanding of GCP, clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, Strong experience in Oncology trials is essential, as well as fluent French.
