The Role
We are seeking a Response Maintenance Administrator to support a busy Response Maintenance Team with day-to-day administrative duties. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workloads and targets efficiently while delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email and telephone enquiries from internal teams and members of the public
- Provide a professional and friendly level of customer service, handling telephone calls from customers
- Take ownership of a designated contract, ensuring deadlines are met and that tenants, management, and contractors are kept informed
- Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining accurate and up-to-date diaries
- Maintain accurate records and administrative systems
- Provide administrative support to the wider response maintenance team
- Assist with general office duties as required in a busy working environment
Experience & Skills Required
- Previous administrative experience is desirable, though not essential, as full training will be provided
- Ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and adaptability
- Capable of working on own initiative and remaining accurate under pressure
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
