Maintenance Manager Dungannon Salary to be discussed, depending on relevant experience Due to continued growth, our client, a leading food manufacturing business, is seeking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional to lead a maintenance team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all production equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities *Manage and support the onsite maintenance team. *Ensure all plant and production equipment is maintained in line with service schedules and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes. *Provide rapid response to production breakdowns, minimising downtime. *Identify and advise on spare parts requirements for maintenance activities and breakdown repairs. *Deliver maintenance-related projects, including equipment installations, building improvements, and fabrication upgrades. *Carry out fault finding and problem-solving across electrical and mechanical systems. *Proactively contribute to the efficient running of the factory and continuous improvement initiatives. *Promote a safe and effective maintenance culture across the site. The Person *Previous experience managing and developing maintenance teams. *Strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment. *Knowledge and experience of PLC-controlled systems. *Hands-on, practical approach to maintenance management. *Experience implementing lean manufacturing techniques and improvement projects.
