Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead finance operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, regulatory compliance, and effective business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day finance operations, reporting, and treasury activities.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Manage group consolidations and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive financial controls, risk management, and process improvements.
- Prepare management reports and provide commercial insights to senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
