Talent Acquisition Specialist - Maternity 9-12 month contract with possible extension. We can only achieve this by working with great people and as such we are currently seeking Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our recruitment delivery teams in supporting clients throughout NI. We are passionate about providing our clients with the best talent experience possible. We work with our clients to provide innovative solutions to meet their talent challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Working across a number of key accounts prioritising client needs to deliver on requirements in line with client SLAs.
- Ensure that all job requisition details are correct and agree on a recruitment plan for the role including timelines and forecasted start dates.
- Accurately update all recruitment trackers.
- Deliver on different metrics such as SLAs & KPIs and ensure that they are being achieved.
- Coordinate feedback surveys including but not limited to hiring manager, worker satisfaction and candidate exit surveys.
- Have a deep understanding of our clients' employee value proposition and develop a go to market narrative to attract talent.
- Manage the recruitment for direct applicants and provide an excellent candidate experience through all touchpoints of the candidate journey.
- Ensure that correct processes are followed throughout the agency workers assignment including but not limited to the Temp to Perm Process and Annual Assessment.
- Support the project of moving recruitment activity recording away from offline mechanisms and into our internal CRM Jobscience.
- Once the project has been completed maintain all activity on our internal CRM Jobscience.
- Participate actively in all future projects to improve our efficiencies and streamline processes.
- Achieve sign off to deliver all elements of agency workers induction programmes.
- Deliver induction training to new hires and ensure that all training records are appropriately stored and closed out on the LMS Trackwise training system.
- Provide cover on site in line with on-site client rota, this is typically for 3 days per week with some requirement for flexibility to maintain required coverage during periods of team members being on leave.
Requirements for this role
- 1+ years experience within Talent Management or Recruitment.
- Experience supporting and delivering across a variety of projects.
- Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Accuracy and transparency in recruitment activity reporting.
- Track and record all recruitment activities in internal and client systems.
- Relevant surveys to be issued monthly.
- 100% Audit pass for compliance contingent worker documentation requirements.
- Quality of hire to be maintained to a high standard ensuring all hires have the required experience and are thoroughly screened to assess their commitment to the role.
