Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Commercial & Customer Service Representative to join the Product Supply and Logistics Team.
Duration: 6 months
Pay rate: £14.68 and £19.57 per hour PAYE
The role involves all elements of Commercial and Customer Service support, including interacting with key customers and third-party call centres, handling calls and requests, reviewing purchase trends, and making supply decisions to ensure appropriate supply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer communications (calls, emails, etc.) with an external call centre
- Supporting and liaising with Company Sales Teams
- Handling payment dispute resolution
- Generating and reviewing reports from local systems and analyzing sales data using tools like Business Objects, Tableau, and Excel
- Supporting distribution projects for medicines across the UK
- Collaborating effectively within a team with a proactive attitude
- Using basic tools like Excel; full training on other analytic tools provided
