Hybrid 3 days per week in the office. We are working with a global marketplace company, expanding its international product capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international team working across both consumer and B2B sides of the marketplace. This role offers high ownership and the opportunity to shape product strategy and ways of working as one of the first product hires in the Dublin hub.

The International team works across both the consumer and seller sides of the marketplace where you'll get exposure to a variety of exciting initiatives as the team rapidly scales up the businesses in these markets. The international business is one of the fastest growing areas at the company, offering an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and work in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work cross-functionally, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Data Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define & deliver against an ambitious, innovative product strategy. You’ll interface closely with sellers and internal stakeholders to understand the customers and their problems, validate hypotheses and product opportunities, and then collaborate to prioritize and execute against the opportunities you uncover in ways that both solve seller problems and grow the business. You’ll take ownership of your outcomes, and communicate both wins and challenges effectively throughout the organization and to leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, seller needs, and broader initiatives.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through rapid end-to-end cycles of ideation, design, development, launch, and optimization of innovative products and high-impact features.
  • Distill and decompose complex problems and business opportunities into product requirements and priorities, enabling clarity, focus, and iterative delivery and learning.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Product Data Analytics teams to transform insights into actions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM stakeholders to launch, grow adoption of, and support new revenue-driving products and features.
  • Continually analyze the impact of your team's work on sellers and business. Use data to inform and advance the success of the products.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments working collaboratively with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
  • Previous experience launching and managing B2B products in high-ownership environments.
  • Highly curious, with the desire to learn rapidly, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
  • A proven ownership mindset paired with the drive to lead a product area to success.
  • Demonstrated customer empathy with the ability to quickly understand a problem space.
  • Systems thinker who is comfortable creatively solving problems in unstructured, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • The ability to effectively collaborate and partner with internal teams and interface directly with the seller customers.
  • Analytical, with a high level of data fluency.
