Shift Maintenance Engineer Co. Antrim Salary up to Β£53,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company. This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of production equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities *Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times *Carry out effective maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment *Develop, maintain, and implement planned preventative maintenance schedules *Ensure all equipment remains safe, operational, and compliant with relevant legislation *Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in line with quality, safety, and environmental standards *Work collaboratively with production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness *Provide technical support, knowledge sharing, and engineering expertise across the business *Identify and implement technical solutions to enhance manufacturing processes *Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the production of high-quality products *Promote high standards of housekeeping and safe working practices *Comply with environmental and energy policies and procedures Requirements *NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering *Time-served Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineer *Previous experience within an industrial maintenance environment *Proven fault-finding and repair experience within a manufacturing setting *Experience carrying out preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment *Experience in a CNC environment would be desirable For more information on this role contact Zoey at CPL Skills: Maintenance engineer multi skilled engineer maintenance technician
