Content Adaptation - Marketing and Brand engagement (Italian Speaking) London / Hybrid 12 month contract

We are seeking an experienced Brand/Marketing Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and locally relevant marketing content for healthcare professionals (HCPs) across the UK and Italian market. This role connects CX Engagement & Channels, Content Production teams, and external agencies to ensure centrally developed content is effectively adapted for local market use in line with brand strategy, engagement plans, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Engagement & Activation teams and agencies to align on customer journeys and content plans
  • Lead adaptation of centrally developed brand assets, including localisation and channel-specific materials
  • Manage the end-to-end content adaptation process, ensuring clear briefs and timely delivery
  • Brief production teams and coordinate review cycles with stakeholders
  • Ensure content meets local regulatory and label requirements
  • Track priorities, timelines, and localisation requests to support effective delivery
Qualifications
  • Brand and marketing experience within pharmaceutical or biotech
  • Strong knowledge of promotional regulations for HCP marketing
  • Solid project management skills across multiple workstreams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies
  • Italian speaker with fluent English
