Duties:
- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Prepare statutory accounts and assist with more complex engagements
- Work closely with a diverse client portfolio, including specialist sectors
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues across audit, accounts, and outsourcing teams
- Support and mentor junior team members, including trainees
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the firm
Criteria:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Previous experience within an accountancy practice
- Audit experience
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Keen to learn, develop, and progress within a growing practice
