CPL have partnered with ALMAC Group to recruit for a Quality Document Administrator to join their team on a temporary 9-12 month contract (with the potential for it to be made perm).
- Pay Rate: £13.81 p/h
- Location: ALMAC Global Headquarters, Craigavon
- Benefits: 34 days holiday per annum (pro rata)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday
- Shift: 08:00 - 16:00 OR 09:00 - 17:00
OVERALL, ROLE OBJECTIVE: The post holder will support the Business Development and Marketing teams by supporting client-related inside sales and general administrative tasks. As part of the Business Development team, the Inside Sales Administrative Student also contributes to the sales cycle by supporting the Lead Management process in coordination with marketing and account-based strategies.
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and Salesforce (CRM) as directed by the BD Management team.
- Use Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and share them with the team.
- Identify new sales opportunities and support the lead-generation process through follow-up calls and emails.
- Manage leads from different sources and use prospecting tools to pass qualified opportunities to the Business Development team.
- Work with field BD staff to support prospect lists and territory planning.
- Support initial risk assessments needed to progress new leads.
- Support marketing campaigns by helping convert inbound enquiries into qualified leads.
- Work with other Almac business units to coordinate shared leads and joint BD opportunities.
- Provide weekly progress updates to the Associate Director of BD and the Global Marketing Manager.
