CPL have partnered with ALMAC Group to recruit for a Distribution Operator to join their team on a temporary, on-going contract.

Pay Rate: 15.72 p/h

Location: ALMAC Global Headquarters, Craigavon

Benefits: 34 days holiday per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift: Evening shift - 3.30pm - 11.30pm (Monday - Friday)

To be responsible for the effective picking and processing of Distribution Orders. The role also extends to include receipt of material into Distribution and overall inventory management.

Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Complete all Distribution activities in accordance with SOP’s
  • Ensure Distribution facilities are clean and clear
  • Handle all material carefully and in the correct manner
  • Ensure the correct picking of material for all Distribution Orders
  • Be proficient in picking across the full range of Distribution Protocols
  • Demonstrate the ability to pick requiring minimum of supervision
  • Produce consistent satisfactory output in line with department expectations
  • Maintain quality standards in line with department expectations
  • Process Distribution Orders in accordance with Distribution Instructions
  • Demonstrate competency and confidence in processing a wide range of orders
  • Demonstrate the ability to process requiring the minimum of supervision
  • Produce consistent satisfactory output in line with department expectations
  • Maintain quality standards in line with department expectations
  • Retrieve material from outside Warehouses in an efficient manner
  • Perform the receipt of material into Distribution and locate accordingly
  • Complete all Inventory Management tasks as appropriate
  • Organise all Distribution activities to ensure efficient and secure completion
  • Perform and maintain accurate computer transactions in line with Distribution and Inventory Management systems
  • Undertake additional duties or specific tasks as designated by superiors
  • Complete all documentation in compliance with the principles of cGMP, SOP’s and the Distribution Instructions

Experience:

  • Previous Distribution/Warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practice

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative and effectively contribute within a team environment
  • High attention to detail
