Flexsource NI are working in exclusive partnership with Northern Ireland Electricity in their search for a Customer Service agent, on a temporary basis, working 24 hours per week. This role will involve working both days and evening shifts, with a preset schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to our customers, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist customers with information on our services, troubleshooting, and other electricity network related enquiries.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our services and policies to provide accurate and efficient support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality standards in every customer interaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment.
- A strong communicator, with a customer focused approach to problem solving.
- Proficient IT user.
