We are recruiting to a number of vacancies in a children’s learning disability home in Lewisham. This role would suit someone who is calm, reliable and confident supporting children/young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

The client is looking for:

  • At least 12 consecutive months’ experience in a children’s LD residential home
  • Strong safeguarding awareness
  • Confidence with routines, boundaries, care plans and behaviour support
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care / Residential Childcare preferred, but not essential
  • Candidates able to start ASAP
  • Male applicants particularly welcomed due to the needs of the home

Pay: £28,900 p/a

Contract: Zero-hours, with regular shifts available
