Registered Manager Children s Residential EBD Location: Bradford area Salary/package: Up to 73,808 + bonus package + on-call payments We are supporting a highly regarded national children s residential provider with the recruitment of an experienced Registered Manager for a 7-bed children s EBD home in the Bradford area.
This is a busy, full-occupancy home with a good and consistent staff team already in place.
The service supports a mixed group of boys and girls aged approximately 9 16 and benefits from a highly bespoke model, including on-site education through an integrated learning centre and a full clinical team wrapped around the home.
The home has previously achieved an Outstanding Ofsted rating and is currently rated Good.
The provider is looking for a confident, experienced Registered Manager who can bring stability, strong leadership and high standards, with the ambition to drive the home back towards Outstanding.
