Our client is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join a leading global healthcare organisation and support the delivery of digital products and services across their Northern European Hub. Working within an agile, AI-assisted environment, you'll help bridge the gap between business and technology teams, supporting the development, integration, and continuous improvement of digital solutions that enhance experiences for customers, healthcare professionals, and internal users.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and integration of digital products and services across the Northern European Hub.
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
- Support incident management, change requests, and continuous service improvements.
- Maintain product documentation, reporting, and status updates.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives involving AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and product development principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar agile delivery tools.
- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
