As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team to provide high-quality care to children and young people. You will contribute to their emotional, physical, and social development while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of support workers to deliver excellent care.
