I’m keen to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers who have worked across utilities, infrastructure, energy, power, civils, water, rail, highways or renewable energy projects. This is an ideal opportunity for commercially strong candidates who want to move into a growing area of the market, with increasing demand across energy infrastructure, grid, clean energy, battery storage, solar and major utilities projects. You do not necessarily need direct renewables experience. Candidates from wider infrastructure, utilities or civil engineering backgrounds will also be very relevant.
You may be suitable if you have experience with:
- NEC contracts, ideally NEC3 or NEC4
- Managing subcontractor accounts
- Variations, claims, valuations and final accounts
- Cost reporting and commercial forecasting
- Infrastructure, utilities, power, energy, rail, water, highways or civils projects
- Working with main contractors, subcontractors, consultancies or developers
I am particularly interested in speaking with candidates currently working as:
- Quantity Surveyor
- Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Managing Quantity Surveyor
- Commercial Manager
- Senior Commercial Manager
This could suit someone who is actively looking, or someone who is simply open to a confidential conversation about the market and future opportunities. For more information, please contact Deborah Hunter for a confidential discussion.
