Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Social Worker to join a service in South Yorkshire working within an acute mental health setting on a part-time basis (3–4 days per week).

The role involves supporting adults within an acute mental health environment, completing assessments, care planning, and safeguarding work. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support safe discharge planning and ongoing community support.

  • Complete psychosocial and risk assessments
  • Develop and implement care and discharge plans
